Enterprise Messaging System - Wonderware Endorsed Solution
PS2 has teamed with Aseco Integrated Systems to produce the Enterprise Messaging System (EMS). EMS is a modular software technology that enables rapid deployment of Enterprise Application Integration (EIA) solutions. EMS is designed to facilitate the transformation and exchange of production-related information between ERP, Shop Floor, and other peripheral Business Applications. EMS supports connectivity to virtually any ERP solutions, including SAP. Possible shop floor application connectivity includes Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Batch systems, HMI, Historians, LIMS, CMMS, and more. The modular design of EMS allows any application to be integrated with your existing ERP, so one consistent approach to EAI is adopted, isolated silos of information and high maintenance point-to-point integrations are eliminated, and IT maintenance requirements are reduced.
WebSpec Specification & Quality Management - Wonderware Endorsed Solution
WebSpec manages product specification and compliance requirements, features unique real-time monitoring and non-compliance alarming, performs non-conformance (NC) tracking and and corrective action execution (CAE). WebSpec provides "one version of the truth" about products being produced by providing:
- Centralized management of product and process requirements to assure commonality throughout the enterprise
- Real-time validation of conformance through innovative use of integrated real-time testing and measurement of data
